How to complain

If you have a complaint relating to a domain registration handled by Creative Filter Ltd, please contact us at enquiries@creativefilter.co.uk with full details, including the domain name in question.

Our process

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days.

Escalation

If unresolved, complaints relating to .uk domains may be escalated to Nominet.
