What pre-registration means
Pre-registering a domain reserves your interest in a domain name that is not yet available (for example, ahead of a new top-level domain launch).
No guarantee
Pre-registration does not guarantee successful registration of the domain, particularly where multiple parties request the same name.
Fees
Any pre-registration fees paid will be clearly explained at the time of request, including whether they are refundable if registration is unsuccessful.
