4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of final website designs and content transfers to the client upon full payment. Creative Filter retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
5. Liability
Creative Filter Ltd will take reasonable care in delivering services but cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
